  • Free 30-minute Discovery Call:  We'll get to know each other in this first call, so we can determine whether we are a good fit for each other.  I'll ask questions to discover your pain points and understand your needs. If I think I can help you, I will share what our path forward might look like so you can make an informed decision about partnering with me.
  • One Client Assessment:  I will send you a link to the Energy Leadership Index Assessment to complete. The results of this assessment will offer insight into how you're showing up in the world, what your potential growth areas are, and where we might direct some of our coaching partnership efforts.
  • One 90-Minute Intensive 1:1 Session: We’ll dive deep into your most pressing issues in a powerful, focused session. Together, we’ll identify challenges, set clear goals, and develop a strategic plan for your immediate growth.
  • Unlimited Email Support, Monday - Friday: Stay connected and receive real-time support as you implement new strategies. Whether you have a quick question, need a confidence boost, or want to share progress, you’ll have access to daily coaching via unlimited email support, ensuring you’re never alone on your journey.
