Prior to the first mediation the mediator will have a consultation with each party involved. The mediator will discuss the basics of the conflict and get an overview of each parties perspective. This is a 30-minute consultation and will be conducted via the phone or zoom separately with each party.  (Each party must book their consolation directly with me via email or phone. The date and time chosen online is only for checkout purposes. The mediation consultation times as well as the mediation time will be coordinated directly with me). After you have completed the consultation and all parties have agreed to proceed the mediation can be booked and paid for.  

Each participant much sign all documentation required and pay the consultation fee.

All mediations require all of the involved parties to sign a consent to mediate.

 All consent forms and waivers will be signed prior to the scheduled consultation date and time.
(If the mediation includes minors, a signature of a parent/legal guardian is required).

Once the initial consultation has been completed the parties will be directed to schedule and pay for the mediation.
