The Choice Coaching Package is designed for clients who thrive with regular, face-to-face interactions and are committed to making steady, meaningful progress over time. This partnership package offers a balanced approach, combining structured sessions with ongoing support. It provides personalized strategies and consistent accountability to help you achieve your goals faster and more effectively. In 3 months, you will be equipped to transform your leadership impact. Fully engaging in the coaching process will enable you to increase emotional intelligence, influence others positively and authentically, have difficult conversations, and maximize your conflict resolution skills.
What’s Included:
- Free 30-Minute Discovery Call: We’ll begin with a complimentary discovery call to discuss your needs and aspirations, and to decide whether we are a good fit for each other. This call sets the stage for our partnership, allowing us to align on the best path forward.
- One Client Assessment: I will send you a link to the Energy Leadership Index Assessment to complete. The results of this assessment will offer insight into how you're showing up in the world, where your emotional intelligence shines, what your potential growth areas are, and where we might direct some of our coaching partnership efforts.
- Six 1-Hour 1:1 Sessions: Every two weeks, we’ll meet for a focused, one-hour session where we’ll dive into your goals, track your progress, and adjust strategies as needed. These regular check-ins keep you motivated and ensure that you’re consistently moving forward.
- Unlimited Email Support, Monday - Friday: Between sessions, you’ll have continuous access to Amber Kinser Consulting & Coaching, providing you with ongoing guidance, encouragement, and feedback whenever you need it. This support ensures that you’re never alone on your journey, keeping you motivated and aligned with your goals.
- 6-Month Package at a Discount: Choice Package clients are eligible to extend their package for 3 more months for only $4200.
