In 6 months, you will be positioned for higher leadership. What’s Included:
  • Free 30-Minute Discovery Call:  We'll get to know each other in this first call, so we can determine whether we are a good fit for each other.  I'll ask questions to discover your pain points and understand your needs. If I think I can help you, I will share what our path forward might look like so you can make an informed decision about partnering with me.
  • Two Client Assessments:  I will send you links to the Energy Leadership Index Assessment and the Thomas-Killman Conflict Mode Instrument to complete. The results of these assessments will offer insight into how you're showing up in the world, what your emotional intelligence strengths and challenges are, how you handle conflict, and where we might direct some of our coaching partnership efforts.
  • Twelve 1-Hour 1:1 Sessions: Over the course of our work together, we’ll engage in twelve focused, one-hour sessions, each dedicated to making steady progress on your clearly identified goals. These sessions allow us to dive deep into your challenges, explore new strategies, and refine your approach, ensuring that every aspect of your personal and professional life is aligned with your vision for the future.
  • Unlimited Email Support, Monday - Friday: Between sessions, you’ll have continuous access to Amber Kinser Consulting & Coaching, providing you with ongoing guidance, encouragement, and feedback whenever you need it. This support ensures that you’re never alone on your journey, keeping you motivated and aligned with your goals.
  • One-Year Package at a Deep Discount:  Ultimate Package clients are eligible to extend their package for 6 more months for only $5000.
