EOS GROW provides the consistent support you need to create lasting change. With regular check-ins and the flexibility to adapt your goals as you grow, this package empowers you to overcome obstacles and build a strong foundation for long-term wellbeing.
All coaching sessions are 100% online via Google Meet. Nat is based in Auckland, New Zealand and is on New Zealand Standard Time (NZST).

Initial Coaching Session:
- 1 x 60 minute session
- Welcome/onboarding
- Review of Health & Wellness Assessment(s)
- Initial discussion to identify your wants, needs and desired outcomes
- Client-led creation of wellness vision & goal-setting
- Co-created action plan with actionable steps you can start working on straight away
Fortnightly Ongoing Coaching Sessions:
- 5 x 30 minute follow-up sessions (1st follow up session starts week after Initial Coaching Session then fortnightly from there)
- Check-in’s focused on weekly commitments, client goals, progress and reflections
- Ability to adjust wellness vision & goals (if need be) throughout these sessions
- Follow-up notes for your reference
Final Closing Session:
- 1 x 60 minute session
- Review the coaching experience
- Co-create a maintenance plan
- Celebrate your successes, learnings and reflections
"Raincheck" Pass
- Life happens, and if you’re unable to attend or miss a session last minute, you can use your one-time "Raincheck" pass to reschedule—no questions asked!
- This pass is valid for a single use
- Please note that any no-shows after the "Raincheck" has been used won’t be eligible for rescheduling
Email and Text Support:
- Access to support and guidance between sessions for ongoing motivation
Resource Materials:
- Access to materials that Coach Nat believes will be of use to you in your journey via your client portal (to be discussed and decided during sessions)

- Due to Professional Insurance limitations, EOS cannot accept clients from the USA or Canada. Otherwise, EOS welcomes clients from across the globe.
