- 11 weeks of custom-tailored support (Sept 27 - Dec 6)
- 10 interactive group coaching sessions (no call on 11/29)
- Fridays at 9am PT / 10am MT / 11am CT / 12 pm ET (up to 90 minutes in length)
- Private community for interaction and support between sessions
- Option to be paired with 1-2 other participants for deeper connection and support
- Enhanced Option: includes two 30 minute 1:1 calls to be used during the program
