If the timing does not work out for a virtual meeting (e.g. time difference, tight schedule), if you are on a tight budget, or if you feel more comfortable expressing yourself in writing, the coaching-by-email option might be for you. When you sign up for an email coaching package, you will receive a contract and then the Coaching by Email Request form. Once this lands in my inbox, I will aim to respond to you within three working days. This is a package of 3.
