As a certified Women's Somatic Intimacy Coach, my work is rooted in supporting women to access her full expression and creative potential through the healing exploration of her deepest desire by aligning her relationship with herself and her body.  

I believe your sensuality is a powerful gateway to realizing your highest power and it is your birthright to experience everyday life as a pleasure playground.  My work utilizes somatic practices, breath work, movement, meditation, energy and sound, along with shadow work to support you to release and unlock stuck emotions, deeply held unconscious beliefs, conditioning and habit patterns that are out of alignment with your highest truth. It is from this place that you reconnects to your true essence, your inherent worthiness, your joy and pleasure.
