These terms apply to coaching services and digital resources purchased from Aligned Systems Co., including through Paperbell. Please review them alongside the description and any written agreement provided for your selected package.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching services or digital resources.

Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal development, priorities, habits, boundaries, and self-leadership. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. Results depend on your participation and individual circumstances; specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

Your package description outlines the sessions, resources, support, and access period included in your purchase. Any additional written coaching agreement explains the terms specific to our work together.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Digital products must be paid for at purchase. For coaching, payment in full or approval for financing is required before coaching begins.

If you use a third-party financing provider, your payment obligations to that provider are governed by its agreement. Cancelling coaching does not automatically cancel your financing agreement.

You may cancel or reschedule a coaching appointment without charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice do not count toward your package.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments count as used sessions. For the Aligned Life Experience, each late cancellation or missed appointment counts as one of the 12 sessions included in your plan.

At our next appointment, we will continue where we left off. We will work together to adjust the remaining sessions, which may include combining workbook modules when appropriate. Late cancellations and missed appointments do not add sessions to the package.

If Aligned Systems Co. needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will arrange another time without penalty to you.

You may discontinue your coaching plan by notifying Aligned Systems Co. in writing at sam@alignedsystems.co.

If you discontinue before completing the plan, sessions already used—including late cancellations and missed appointments—will be calculated at $297 per session, up to the total package price agreed upon at purchase. Discontinuing the plan will not increase your total obligation beyond that package price.

Any amount paid above the calculated cost of used sessions will be refunded. If that calculation equals or exceeds your package price, no refund is due and no additional session charge will be imposed.

For purchases made through a third-party financing provider, any applicable refund will be processed through that provider according to its procedures.

For other coaching offers, please refer to the cancellation and refund terms provided in the package description or written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights required by applicable law.

Because digital products are available immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Workbooks, guides, templates, and other original materials provided by Aligned Systems Co. are for your personal use. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share them without written permission.

Coaching and educational resources do not provide medical care, mental health treatment, or individualized legal, tax, or investment advice. Please consult an appropriately qualified professional when you need those services.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is handled. Any coaching agreement will explain confidentiality and its limits.
