By scheduling and/or paying for any service offered through Revealing Colors, LLC, you confirm that you have read this legal disclaimer and cancellation policy. 

Cancellation Policy: It is important to be respectful of one another’s time, and therefore Revealing Colors has a 48-hour cancellation/re-booking policy. If you do not provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your session, or if you are a no-show for your scheduled session, your payment will be forfeited, and the session will not be rescheduled.
Rescheduling: Appointments will be rescheduled, per the above, only once as a courtesy. Multiple re-scheduling requests will result in a cancellation of your scheduled session, your payment will be forfeited, and the session will not be rescheduled. You can cancel or reschedule appointments through our booking site or email [email protected]. 
 
Further, you confirm that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept all of the following:

  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • There are no refunds for any services provided. 
  • All services, information, communication, consultation, and/or guidance provided by Revealing Colors, LLC, should be utilized at your discretion.
  • 100% accuracy of any intuitive information provided is not guaranteed.
  • Revealing Colors, LLC’s services and offerings are not intended to and shall never take place of professional services, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, business, or psychological services. 
  • Revealing Colors LLC’s services do not take the place of medical care, and it is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment that you may have. If you are experiencing a medical emergency before, during, or after any session or service, you will not contact  Revealing Colors, LLC, and instead will immediately call 911. 
  • Revealing Colors, LLC does not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. 
  • You understand that the body can heal itself, and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. Long-term energetic imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
  • Revealing Colors, LLC accepts no liability for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation with Revealing Colors, LLC. This includes recommended products or reading material, fully acknowledging that the statements made have not been evaluated by any government regulatory agency and that these products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revealing Colors, LLC, their heirs, relatives, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
  •  You have read and agree to the terms of our cancellation policy.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • You have had the chance and taken the time to ask any and all questions; you fully understand and, of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.
