 • Full payment or the first payment of a payment plan is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

 • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

 • No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 • Advance Notice: You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.

 • Missed Sessions: If you fail to attend your session or provide less than 24 hours’ notice, your session fee will be forfeited.

 • Exceptional Circumstances: Exceptions to this policy may be made at Sabrina Ourania’s discretion for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

 • To provide accurate and high-quality readings, specific information such as your date, time, and place of birth is required.

 • Accuracy of Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when booking. Missing or incomplete information (e.g., birth time) may prevent the session from proceeding.

 • Respectful communication is expected at all times. Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the client relationship without a refund.

 • Clients are encouraged to ask questions or seek clarification regarding these terms prior to booking.

 • Filing a chargeback or fraud claim without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with Sabrina Ourania is considered a violation of these terms.

 • Evidence of these terms and your agreement to them at the time of booking will be submitted in response to any such claims.
