These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “You”) and Glitter Lunch LLC d/b/a Piper Watson Coaching (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the website piperwatson.com (“Website”) or enrolling in our coaching programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms without modification. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Website or services.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, govern your use of the Website, coaching programs, downloadable resources, and other services offered by the Company.
1. Eligibility
  • To access the Website or participate in our coaching programs, you must be 18 years or older and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Coaching Programs
The Company offers private 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and VIP Day services through the following programs:
  • Permission to Pivot: Career coaching.
  • The Prosperous Pivot: Business coaching.
Details of these programs, including session frequency and duration, may change at the Company’s discretion.
3. Payment and Refunds
  • Payment is accepted via Stripe or major credit cards.
  • Payment plans, if available, are listed at checkout and are typically monthly for the program's duration.
  • Missed Payments: If a payment is missed: 
    • Access to the learning portal will be locked, and future coaching sessions will be forfeited.
    • Access can be reinstated if payments resume, but the original coaching session schedule may no longer be available.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the programmatic nature of the offers, no refunds are provided unless the Company is unable to fulfill the coaching services.
4. Use of Downloadable Resources
The Company may provide downloadable resources, templates, and guides.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal and professional enrichment.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or resell the materials as your own intellectual property.
5. Termination Policy
The Company reserves the right to terminate a client’s access to programs and materials under the following circumstances:
  • Failure to complete payments.
  • Actions or comments that cause harm or allude to harm toward another participant.
  • Determination that the client is not an appropriate fit for the program.
6. Disclaimer of Results
  • The income and profit potential shared in testimonials or client results is not guaranteed. Results vary based on individual effort, participation, and circumstances.
  • Coaching is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by the Company, including but not limited to text, graphics, templates, and guides, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, publish, or create derivative works from the materials without explicit written permission.
  • Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund.
8. Communication Policy
Communication with paying clients is conducted via hello@piperwatson.com. Clients are encouraged to use this email for all program-related inquiries.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or services.
  • Losses related to delays, interruptions, or errors in service availability.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes may be addressed through the appropriate courts in Maryland.
11. Amendments to Terms
  • The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Continued use of the Website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
