LOCATION
Online sessions can take place via Zoom or telephone. Instructions for how to connect via Zoom or telephone are provided in the contract and in session reminder emails.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
Payment must be made in full or according to the agreed-upon payment plan in order to book your session. 

REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
It is the client’s responsibility to book their appointments. As a courtesy, Coach may offer to schedule appointments for the Client, but it is still the responsibility of the Client to ensure appointments are scheduled prior to their expiration.

APPOINTMENT EXPIRATION
All appointments must be booked within six (6) months of the purchase date. Any remaining appointments that have not been scheduled by six (6) months from purchase will expire.

TIMELINESS
If Client is late for a session, Client will lose that portion of the session time. If Client is more than 10 minutes late to a session, except due to extenuating circumstances, the session will be canceled without a refund.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Client may reschedule 24 hours in advance. Cancellations, rescheduled, and missed sessions will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. 

SESSION RECORDING
Your coaching session may be recorded.  The recording will only be used for educational and training purposes, such as pursuing credentials and personal growth in skills for your coach. The recording may be listened to or viewed by the Coach, Coach’s mentor/supervising coach, or a certification assessor. It will not be used in any other circumstance without your prior written permission.
