By purchasing coaching sessions with Visions of Life Coaching, LLC, you agree to the following:
- Coaching Relationship: Coaching is a partnership focused on growth, clarity, and breakthroughs. This is not a form of therapy, counseling, or medical advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and the resulting consequences.
- Confidentiality: All sessions are private and confidential, except in situations where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm to yourself or others.
- Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled via Paperbell. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
- Payment & Refunds: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged. Coaching fees are non-refundable once sessions have begun.
- Commitment: To maximize the value of coaching, you agree to show up on time, prepared, and open to the process. Your coach commits to providing a safe, supportive, and professional coaching experience.
- Session Use: All sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions will not be carried over unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Termination: Either party may choose to end the coaching relationship with written notice. Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.
