- As an accommodation, Expansive Expressions uses Otter.ai to record meeting transcript & notes--this allows our host to be most fully present in coaching, discovery, and workshop sessions.
- All attendees have the opportunity to give or decline consent.
- Please feel welcome to let your host know if you would like to meet but do not want to be recorded on the transcript.
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable *except* in the case where the group does not meet its minimum required registrants (5 people) then Expansive Expressions reserves the right to cancel the group and refund fees.
All group coaching clients must sign client agreement upon registration.
