By booking or purchasing appointments with Dr. Tarakali, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions which apply to the services as described on the sales page as of the date of your purchase:

Coaching and mentoring services are provided over video, phone or in person within scheduled appointment times;

Email and text coaching are not included;

Devices used for Zoom calls with Dr. Tarakali must be placed on a stable, stationary surface (not on your body) to accomodate Dr. Tarakali's visual access needs;

All client identifying information and session content will be kept confidential by Dr. Tarakali;

Payment is due no later than 24 hours before your appointment;  

Prices are in USD; only USD payments are accepted.

Sessions can be cancelled and rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment;
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee;
Exceptions may be made for emergencies;

Refunds may be given for unused portions of packages up to two months after purchase date;

Purchased sessions must be used within one year of purchase. Any remaining sessions that have not been scheduled by one year from purchase will expire and no longer be included in this contract;

No refunds will be given for services already provided, including completed appointments;

Dr. Tarakali does not provide therapy, mental health advice, or medical advice.
