• All sessions, whether herbal consultations, spiritual guidance, or mystical coaching, are for educational, spiritual, and wellness purposes only.
• Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those needs.

• All sessions are private and confidential. Your personal information, health history, and spiritual journey are held in strict confidence, except where disclosure is required by law.

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will not be refunded.
• Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible.
• Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival.
• If I need to reschedule, you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative time.

• You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.
• Herbal guidance is meant to support your wellness journey — it is not a cure or guarantee.
• Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new herbal or wellness practice.

• Sessions are conducted via Zoom (integrated with Paperbell).
• You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for our call.

• All materials, rituals, handouts, and recordings (if provided) are for personal use only. They may not be shared, reproduced, or sold without permission.

• I reserve the right to end services if boundaries are violated, abusive behavior occurs, or if the work no longer feels aligned. Refunds in such cases are at my discretion.
