1. Introduction
By engaging in consulting or coaching services with Stephen Swecker, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. 

2. Services Provided
Stephen Swecker offers consulting and coaching services as set forth on this website. His services are not intended to replace clinical therapy or counseling.

• Sessions are priced according to the package and services provided as described on this website, and must be paid or arranged at the time of booking.

• Most credit cards are accepted as payment.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a session cancellation fee of $50 (not applicable to the free Discovery session).

4. Confidentiality
All client information will remain confidential unless required by law to disclose. This confidentiality agreement extends to both personal and professional information shared during consulting and coaching sessions.

5. Client Responsibilities
Consultation and coaching are collaborative efforts. Clients are expected to actively participate in sessions, be open and truthful, and take responsibility for their actions and outcomes. 

6. Limitations of Liability
While consultation and coaching may lead to personal growth and positive outcomes, results are not guaranteed. Stephen Swecker is not responsible for the client's personal decisions or outcomes, and his services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

7. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly excepted, materials, resources, and content provided for the Client’s use are copyrighted by Stephen Swecker. Clients are prohibited from distributing or using these materials for commercial purposes without his written consent.

8. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the consulting or coaching relationship at any time with one week’s notice. If a session package has been prepaid, a refund for unused sessions will be provided. Full refunds may be issued in accordance with the refund policy set forth on this website.

9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before seeking legal action. 

10. Governing Law
These terms will be governed by the laws of West Virginia.
