By purchasing Life Coaching Services from Bailey Mead (DBA Coach Bae), you acknowledge the following:

  • I AM NOT a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, therapist, medical doctor, or any other kind of licensed or certified healthcare provider. I AM NOT certified or regulated by any regulatory board or organization. My services DO NOT replace the care and treatment of a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, therapist, medical doctor, or any other kind of licensed or certified healthcare provider.
  • I DO NOT make any guarantees. I share educational and informational resources that are intended to help you succeed in life, according to what YOU feel is best for your circumstances. Your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond my knowledge and control.
  • I DO NOT take responsibility for the results of your actions or any harm or damage you suffer as a result of the use or non-use of the information we discuss. Use your judgement and conduct due diligence before taking ANY action or implementing ANY plan or practice suggested by me as your Life Coach.
  • I can talk to you about things like challenges with interpersonal relationships, educational pursuits, career pursuits, trauma, addiction, self-help, parenting, self-improvement, and life goals/next steps. My purpose is exclusively to serve as a sounding board and source of encouragement to you on your life path. While you may find our coaching relationship calming or soothing to an extent, it is VERY important that you acknowledge that our communications do NOT serve a therapeutic or clinical purpose, and in no way should be considered a replacement for therapy, counseling, medication, or other formal treatment for any psychological or medical conditions. I am NOT a doctor or therapist, and I am not licensed to provide evidence-based treatment for various psychological or medical conditions. This is fully and 100% beyond my scope of practice.
  • The information we discuss is private, however we do not have a legally protected communicative relationship as you might expect from licensed mental health and medical professionals. Our coaching relationship is not protected by HIPAA or any other regulatory privacy legislation. I keep a short file for each of my clients that I work with so that I can keep track of my session notes and action items, but I make every effort to include as little identifying information as possible. Regardless of these limitations of privacy, you MUST know that I am ethically mandated to report any information that could cause direct harm to you or another person.
  • Payment for my services is due, in full, prior to the commencement of any session. If you choose to discontinue services with me, there will be no questions asked. Due to the nature of being a service-based, there are no refunds except under extenuating circumstances, to be decided on a case-by-case basis.
 
BY SIGNING COMPLETING THIS PURCHASE, I AGREE THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTERING INTO LIFE COACHING SESSIONS, AND I AGREE TO HOLD BAILEY MEAD (DBA COACH BAE) HARMLESS FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH MY ACTIONS RELATING TO ANY LIFE COACHING SERVICES PROVIDED BY HER. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A DISCLAIMER STATING THE SAME, TO BE WITNESSED IN SIGNING BY ANOTHER PERSON OF MY CHOOSING.
