Where applicable, you'll receive a recording of your session. Please download it within 48 hours of receiving it, as recordings are not stored indefinitely and may be permanently deleted after that time.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so with as much notice as possible. Life happens, and I'll always do my best to accommodate genuine circumstances.

Because your session time is reserved exclusively for you and preparation begins before we meet, all purchases are non-refundable.
