LLF Coaching Services Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LLF Coaching Services! By booking or purchasing coaching services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before proceeding.

1. Coaching Services
LLF Coaching Services offers personalized life, dating, and relationship coaching. All coaching sessions are designed to support your personal development and relationship goals.

2. Booking and Payments
  • Coaching services must be booked and paid for in advance through our scheduling platform.
  • Payment plans may be available for specific packages and must be arranged before the first session.
  • All payments are processed securely. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment and booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
  • Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hour’s notice.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will be considered missed and must be re-scheduled. 

4. Non-Refundable Services
  • All coaching services and packages are non-refundable.
  • Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued, regardless of session completion or client circumstances.
  • By booking, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Confidentiality
  • All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential.
  • LLF Coaching Services will not disclose any personal information without prior consent unless required by law.

6. Client Responsibility
  • Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on the client’s commitment and participation.

  • LLF Coaching Services does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for any decisions made by the client based on coaching sessions.

8. Intellectual Property
  • All content, tools, and resources provided by LLF Coaching Services are for personal use only.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination of Services
  • LLF Coaching Services reserves the right to terminate coaching relationships if it deems the coaching process is no longer productive or if terms are violated.

10. Governing Law
  • The laws of WA/USA govern these terms, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
