• Payment Terms: Payments must be made in advance. We accept payments via Stripe and bank transfer. Prices are in GBP (£) or USD ($) as specified at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Failure to provide notice or failure to attend may result in the forfeiture of that session.
• Refund Policy & Statutory Rights: * Cooling-Off Period: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.
  • Service Commencement: By scheduling a session within this 14-day window, you expressly request the service to begin. You acknowledge that if you cancel during this window, we will deduct the value of any sessions already delivered from your refund.
  • Business Policy: Beyond your statutory rights, a full refund (minus non-refundable payment processing fees) is available only if requested within 24 hours of your first coaching session. After this, no refunds are provided.
• Service Delivery: Coaching sessions must be used within 14 months of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

• Information We Collect: Name, email, phone number, billing information, and usage data (IP addresses/cookies).
• How We Use Your Information: To provide coaching services, process payments via Stripe, and send service updates or marketing (where you have opted in).
• Data Sharing: We do not sell your data. We share it only with essential third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, scheduling software) who comply with UK data standards, or when required by law.
