Terms & Conditions
All packages are subject to these terms and conditions.  Each package is also subject to a specific contract for that package.  

Onboarding
There is an onboarding form to be filled out before we begin working together.  The onboarding form allows us to have a productive kick-off meeting, so please provide as much information against each question as you can.  

Appointment Scheduling
Scheduling is the responsibility of the client.  You can and should schedule your appointments from within your Paperbell account.  My recommendation is for you to schedule your appointments on the same day and time every week.  This will help ensure you are moving along the program in a timely and consistent manner, maximizing your accomplishment and success rate.  Scheduling sessions must be done at least 24 hours ahead of the desired time (although I still recommend upfront scheduling, to ensure you retain the same slot throughout our engagement).  

Sessions
All sessions are held via zoom.  Upon scheduling the session, you will receive an email with a link for the session. 

Consent to be Recorded
Sessions are recorded and uploaded within your private Google Drive folder for you to refer back to as needed.  This folder is private and access is granted only to you.  No one else is able to access your session recording.  If you do not wish to have the sessions recorded, please let me know at [email protected]

Lessons and Downloads 
If applicable to your package, lessons and downloads are available in the MemberVault portal for your program.  The link to your specific program will be shared with you in your Welcome Email.  

Validity Period for Sessions
Each package is to be used within the duration specified for that package.  Any unused sessions will not be refunded or credited back beyond the validity period of the package.  

Access to Recorded Sessions and Lessons
Depending on your package, you will either have access to lessons and recorded sessions for life, or for a limited period of time, which may extend past the engagement period.  Please check the contract for details on this specific to your package.  

Communication Channels
You can contact me via email or messenger (Discord or Whatsapp) during the week, if you need any assistance between sessions.  You can expect a maximum response time of 24 hours, with a most likely response time of a couple of hours.

Expected Behavior
My expectations of all clients in any of my programs are to show up on time for sessions, do the current lesson work as outlined in worksheets, guidebooks, exercise sheets and any suggested readings or other relevant assignments.  

Cancellations and No-Shows 
If you need to cancel an appointment, please make sure that you give at least 24 hours notice, or you will be charged for the session.  Last-minute cancellations will only be accepted in situations of force majeure or unforeseen emergencies.   

Refund Policy
Refund policies vary across packages.  Please review your contract for the refund policy applicable to your package. 

Payment Plans and Reoccurring Payments
If you have chosen a package with a payment plan, you agree, in advance, to be charged on your credit card on file each month until the payment plan period has concluded.  

Similarly, if you have purchased the membership, you agree, in advance, to be charged on your credit card on file each month until the payment plan period has concluded.

Rejected Cards, Charge-Backs, and Late Fees
If your payment bounces otherwise doesn’t go through, services will be ceased until payment has been made.  In this situation, after a 14 day period from the date of payment due, all access to lessons and session recordings will also be removed.  

Legal Terms
Any materials shared during the coaching program are proprietary to Sarah Lakhani Consulting.  These include session recordings, video lessons and guidebooks or worksheets.  The work you complete within the program (and the guidebooks or worksheets) are yours to keep and use.  However, concepts and materials cannot and should not be used without attribution.   

Disputes
Disputes will be raised and managed within the court system of the Sharjah Free Zone in the United Arab Emirates.  

Expected Behavior in Group Programs
When interacting in a group program, you will be expected to behave with respect, confidentiality and communicate in a helpful and constructive manner.  Spam, hate speech and bullying will not be accepted and will result in your removal from the program.
