By booking services with Angela | A-List Life Coach & Consultant via Paperbell, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

• Life coaching and emotional wellness sessions

• Dementia care and caregiver education

• Professional development training (customer service, conflict resolution, crisis/trauma management)

• First Aid/CPR instruction for tour operators and tour guides

• Travel consultations (including visa/passport assistance and trip planning)

2. Bookings & Payment Terms

• All sessions must be booked through the Paperbell platform.

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

• Package purchases are non-transferable and must be used within the time period stated.

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no-show.

• No-shows are non-refundable and will be deducted from your purchased package.

• If we need to reschedule, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative times.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available for services not rendered and must be requested in writing.

• No refunds are provided for partially used packages.

• Travel services (e.g., visa support, travel bookings) are subject to third-party provider policies.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are expected to attend sessions on time and be prepared to participate.

• Open, respectful, and honest communication is expected in all coaching or consulting sessions.

• You are responsible for your personal actions, decisions, and any travel compliance.

6. Confidentiality

• All client information shared during sessions is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

• Your privacy is important to us; we do not sell or share personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

• All training materials, session content, and digital products remain the intellectual property of A-List Life Coach & Consultant.

• Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

• Coaching and consulting services are not a substitute for professional mental health or legal services.

• Travel recommendations are made in good faith; clients assume all responsibility for travel risks and outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from decisions made based on coaching or consulting services.

• For travel services, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, or actions of third-party providers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and applicable international consumer protection standards in Jamaica, West Indies.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through informal discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be settled through mediation or arbitration in the jurisdiction where the business is registered.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our Paperbell profile and website.
