Policies & Procedures

- All clients must submit their legal first and last names when utilizing our services.

- After 5 minutes, you are considered a no-show and will accrue a $50 fee that must be paid to reschedule (unless communication has occurred with Coach Carla ahead of time).

- All cancellations less than 24 hours will accrue a $50 fee due before rescheduling your session (unless otherwise noted by Coach Carla).

- All late payments accrue a $50 fee due within 24 hours to keep your account in good standing.

- Any coaching package that you select that involves a payment plan requires your commitment to be integral to avoid late fees & being sent to collections.

- Sessions are paid in full before services are rendered unless you have enrolled in a payment plan.

- If you submit to a biweekly payment schedule, your sessions are scheduled biweekly.
