Terms and Conditions for Coaching Packages
1. General Overview These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase and use of coaching packages offered by Self Leadership Solutions, LLC. By purchasing a coaching package, the client ("you" or "client") agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
2. Services Provided The coaching package includes a predetermined number of IFS coaching sessions and only for the specified duration for each specific service (60-min, 75-min, or 2-hours).
3. Package Details
- Coaching packages are sold as a complete offering.
- All sessions must be scheduled in advance and completed within 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking the package, unless a payment plan is agreed upon.
- All payments are non-refundable, except in the case of coach cancellation without rescheduling options.
- Payments can be made via Stripe through this website, and any fees associated with the payment method (e.g., transaction fees) are the client’s responsibility.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior communication will be forfeited and not refunded or rescheduled.
- The coach reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time.
6. Confidentiality
- All personal information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law.
- Sessions may not be recorded or distributed without mutual consent from both the coach and client.
7. Client Responsibilities
- The coaching process requires active participation. The client is responsible for attending sessions on time and completing any agreed-upon tasks or exercises in between sessions.
- Coaching is a collaborative effort, and the coach is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by the client outside of the coaching relationship.
8. No Guarantees
- The coach makes no guarantees or warranties about the outcomes of the coaching process. Results vary depending on individual circumstances, commitment, and engagement in the coaching process.
- Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or other mental health services. If such services are needed, it is the client’s responsibility to seek out a qualified professional.
- I am not a therapist. I encourage those seeking treatment for specific diagnoses or symptoms to visit the IFS directory to find a licensed clinician with whom to work. Or, if you are receiving mental health care under the supervision of a licensed clinician, you might discuss with them if this would be an appropriate complementary approach for you.
9. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the coaching agreement at any time with written notice. Any unused sessions at the time of termination are non-refundable.
- The coach reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client is disruptive, non-compliant, or exhibits inappropriate behavior during sessions.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the coaching relationship, including but not limited to any losses incurred as a result of decisions made or actions taken based on coaching guidance.
11. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the legal processes in that jurisdiction.
12. Agreement to Terms By purchasing a coaching package, the client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
