Weirdly Successful Simplified Terms

We want to make sure everything is above board and we’re all on the same page before we start our work together,

For this reason, we’ve included the most important stuff about our work together in our Simplified Terms outlined below.

These Terms contain all the basics about our obligations to you as a service provider, and our expectations for you as our client.

We’ve kept it simple and easy to understand.

Note that depending on the package you're booking, we might also ask you on the following screens to agree to a separate Consultancy Agreement (a longer document going through all of the legal stuff).

Who we are

We are Cabbit Supreme LTD, a company incorporated in England with company number 09796493. Our registered office is at 23 Lowther Road, Brighton, United Kingdom, BN1 6LF.

Your next steps

  • Step 1. Accept these terms on the page of the package you want to sign up for.
  • Step 2. You’ll be able to book a time for your session, or the first session in your package.
  • If you want, you can skip the booking and decide on the date later. (But, ADHD, so maybe it’s a good idea to select your time now!)
  • Step 3. We’ll ask for your email address where we can contact you about everything connected to the Service. If you haven’t created an account yet on our coaching platform Paperbell, you can do so now. You’ll be then able to oversee and manage all your appointments, invoices, and documents relating to our work together.
  • Step 4. We’ll ask you to agree to our Consultancy Agreement. Courtesy of DocuSign you can electronically sign immediately with no hassle.
  • Step 5. You can now purchase the chosen package, either in one payment or a budget-friendly payment plan.
  • If you booked a no-payment option for a session, you will not be charged.

That’s it! With these five simple steps, you’ll be on your way to gaining clarity and moving forward in your neurodivergent journey.

How we will work together

  • We will meet online in the appointment(s) you booked from our schedule.
  • You’ll receive a video call link for each session in a separate e-mail.
  • You will also get e-mail reminders of our appointment before the session.
  • If you can’t make a session, you may cancel or reschedule individual sessions but no later than 24 hours before your appointment.

As your consultant, we promise that:

  • We will never expect perfection from you.
  • We will be your sounding board and ask you questions that will help you see more choices.
  • We will ensure that you will have actionable takeaways and clear next steps by the end of each session.
  • We will give you honest feedback and encourage you to do the same.
  • We will also challenge your assumptions and help you consider new perspectives in an empathetic and friendly way.
  • We will answer your questions to the best of our ability and will help you towards solutions that match your desired outcomes.
  • However, we also know our own limits and promise to let you know in case the scope of your needs falls beyond our areas of expertise. In such cases, we will recommend the type of service that, to the best of our knowledge, might be able to serve you better.
  • We are unable to promise or guarantee any specific outcome in your life relating to your finances, health, or career.
  • We will ensure that as an outcome of our work together, you will have a bespoke collection of techniques, methods, resources, and/or frameworks that you can continue to reach for at any time.
  • We will treat all your communication, written or verbal, with the utmost confidentiality and always abide by the data protection as set out in our privacy policy.

Your responsibilities as our client

As we promise to hold ourselves to the standards we listed above, we’d like for you to embrace the statements below so you can make the best of our work together:

  • I will focus on my experience in and outside of sessions, and on sharing it honestly and with candour.
  • I will speak up immediately if I have any issues with my session.
  • Before each call starts, I will make sure to find the most suitable environment with the least amount of distractions, so I can be fully present during sessions.
  • I will remain open to new ideas, and even if something seems familiar, I’ll look for ways I can learn new things about it.
  • I will spend time with the exercises I receive from you before the next session rolls along.
  • I acknowledge I will be fully responsible for all actions I take as a result of the consultations.
  • I acknowledge that my work with the consultant may require stepping out of my comfort zone.
  • I promise that I will take the work seriously by making time to practice the techniques and approaches proposed during sessions.
  • I will note my experiences with my practice and give feedback about the outcome on the next session.
  • I acknowledge that learning new things takes time.
  • I will send in my written feedback when asked, both to track my progress and so my consultants can gain further insight into the best next steps.
  • Finally, I promise to keep an open mind and remember that this is all an adventure! :)

Thank you for reading and accepting the terms above, now go and book in your first call!
