Termination of a contract can happen at any time from the client. It is unlikely that you will receive a refund if Shea is ready and willing to complete your sessions. 

In the unlikely event of your coach (Shea) being unable to complete all the sessions which have been already paid for in full; All your money will be refunded within 12 months, unless a different timetable is agreed upon by client and coach (if coach is alive, she will likely try to complete all sessions which have been paid for). 

 In the unlikely scenario in which Coach Shea has deceased, you will not receive a refund from the grieving widower (who is now the only parent to 5 children) and the sole proprietor of L. Shea LeJeune LLC, which is absolved, as a result of coach Shea’s untimely demise. 

However, you can ask any of Shea’s family members for a fair coach, to serve you in Shea’s stead (now that she is dead).
