- All purchases must be used within the allotted timeframe or a maximum of 6 months after purchase if no timeframe is given
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment
- No-shows will not be credited or rescheduled
- The payment schedule is a binding agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your services and your program access will be discontinued.
