Cancellation Policy: I have a 24-hour cancellation policy for one-on-one sessions. Once you are on my schedule, that time is reserved just for you. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid being charged for the full session.
Late & No-Show Policy: For one-on-one sessions, I will wait 15 minutes. If you do not arrive within that window, the session is considered a no-show.
In most cases, I offer a one-time 35-minute makeup session to be scheduled within two weeks. This is a supportive accommodation for clients who may struggle with time blindness or executive functioning challenges. Clients may choose to forgo the makeup session and count the session as missed if that feels more aligned with their accountability goals. No-shows are not eligible for full rescheduling or refunds.
Expiration Policy for Packages: All sessions in a package must be used within one year of the original purchase date. Unused sessions will expire after that time and are not eligible for refund or rollover.
Payment Plans for Packages: If you choose a payment plan for a multi-session package, please note that payments are scheduled independently from session use. You may finish paying before all sessions are used, or complete all sessions before payments are finished. All sessions must be used within one year of purchase.
Subscription Plans: Clients must schedule and use their monthly sessions within a month from the date of purchase. It is recommended to plan ahead and secure preferred time slots through advanced scheduling. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. No refunds will be given for unused sessions.
Confidentiality: Clients participating in group settings are expected to honor strict confidentiality, ensuring the privacy and respect of all fellow participants. Sharing personal information or discussions from group calls or forums with outside parties is prohibited.
No Refunds Policy: All sales are final.
