1. Introduction
Welcome to Moore2Discover Coaching Services. By booking or using our services through https://paperbell.me/moore2discover, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Nature of Services
  • Life coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal growth, clarity, and goal achievement.
  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after coaching sessions.
3. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years old to book services.
  • By booking, you confirm that you are mentally and emotionally capable of participating in coaching.
4. Booking & Payment
  • All sessions must be booked and paid for through https://paperbell.me/moore2discover.
  • Payment is required in full before sessions begin.
  • Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will honor the agreed rate.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund.
  • Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
  • Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
6. Confidentiality
  • All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
  • Digital communication (email, video calls) will be conducted using secure platforms, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • Moore2Discover Coaching Services and its coaches are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching.
  • Coaching is provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.
8. Intellectual Property
  • All materials provided during coaching (worksheets, guides, etc.) are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
9. Governing Law
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Ohio.
