Client will give at least 24 hours notice if rescheduling of a session is needed. No shows/missed appointments without notice cannot be made up or refunded, unless in case of emergency.
If, for any reason, client decides to cancel the agreement before the agreed-upon terms are complete, client will be charged 50% of the total fee for the agreed-upon term. No exceptions.
To end this agreement after the initial term, client will email Whitney before the current month ends. Client will finish out the month of services that has been pre-paid, otherwise this automatically becomes a month-to-month agreement thereafter.
