Payment:
Payment for coaching sessions is required in advance and can be made through Stripe. Full payment must be received before the commencement of the session. If you book this service, please be respectful and be on time. Booking and not showing up is a sign that this service is not for you at this time.
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule their coaching session by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be cancelled without being able to reschedule.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a rescheduling.
No-Show Policy:
If the client does not show up for the scheduled session and has not provided notice, the session will be forfeited.
Late Arrival:
If the client arrives late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
