Coaching Agreement
By purchasing this coaching package, you agree to participate in a 1-1 coaching engagement that is confidential, professional, and designed to support your personal and professional growth. Coaching is not therapy or medical advice.

Scheduling
All sessions must be scheduled in advance. You’ll receive access to a calendar link to choose your times. Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe of the package.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. If you are sponsored by a company or other Party, they do have a right to know if you have not attended your pre-paid sessions.   

Refund Policy
All sales are final. I am committed to delivering the highest value, and in return, I ask for your full commitment. If you need to pause coaching for any reason, we can discuss rescheduling within a 60-day window.

Confidentiality
Everything discussed during coaching sessions is confidential. Notes can be taken but are also considered part of the coaching agreement- I generally do not record sessions and prefer that you don't either without my consent.
Please stay focused and genuinely present in our calls to prevent any concerns.
Exceptions: As a coach, I am legally and ethically obligated to break confidentiality if I believe you are at risk of harming yourself or others, or if there is suspected abuse or neglect. In such cases, I will take appropriate steps to ensure safety and provide support. 

Communication Between Sessions
You’ll have access to email and/or text support between sessions for quick questions, encouragement, or clarification.
