Benefits and Risks of Life Coaching
Life coaching allows clients to develop the skills to accomplish their aspirations with the support of their coach. Clients will be able to create a plan that helps them approach their goals with a new outlook and in a way that is more manageable. Each plan will be individualized to the client and what they want to achieve.
Life coaching may require the client to step beyond their comfort zone. Identifying barriers and taking accountability/responsibility that have prevented the client from pursuing goals, can be a difficult process that may cause unwanted feelings. Clients will be consistently supported by their coach throughout this process. Clients are encouraged to discuss their comfortability level or concerns that may arise during the sessions with their coach. 
Confidentiality
It is my duty as a Life Coach to protect the confidentiality of communications with my clients. While confidentiality is important, there are instances that may require me to break confidentiality. In accordance with state law, I am a mandatory reporter, which requires me to report suspicions or disclosure of abuse and neglect or threats of violence to oneself or others, to the proper authorities and parties mentioned. 
Appointment Options & Cost of services
Life coaching services are not covered by insurance. New clients will be given a free, 30 minute intake call before their first appointment is scheduled. The first session is 90 minutes and every session after is 60 minutes. Wyatt’s Torch offers single coaching sessions and several package deals. Clients have the option to meet in person or virtually. Clients must pay for services before the session(s) begin on the scheduling website. Prices are listed on the scheduling website and vary depending on the type of session chosen by the client.
Appointment Scheduling 
Appointments may be scheduled through the scheduling link on Paperbell or at the end of an appointment. 
Cancellation Policy
Clients who miss appointments are taking the spot that could have been reserved for someone else. So, clients will be charged full price if they miss their appointment or do not provide 24-hour advance notice. A 24-hour advance notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by emailing [email protected] or calling (402) 512-4803. 
• Single appointment: Client will be charged for the full appointment if you miss it or do not cancel with 24-hour advance notice. Clients will have to purchase a new single session at full cost for a future appointment.
• Package deals: If an appointment for a package is missed or not cancelled with 24 hours advance notice, then clients forfeit that scheduled appointment and no refund will be given. Clients may schedule additional session(s) at full cost to replace the missed session(s). 
Termination of Coaching and Refund Policy
The length of your coaching is contingent on your progress toward the goal(s) you are wanting to achieve and the value you receive from the coaching relationship. Either the coach or the client can decide to terminate coaching at any time if coaching is determined to no longer benefit the client. No refunds will be offered for packages.
Liability
This agreement is intended for life coaching and should NOT be considered a mental health service or therapy. I am not a licensed mental health practitioner, nor will I discuss mental health issues you may be facing during your sessions.
