Registration and Payment

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to register for coaching services, masterclasses, or other offerings. 
 
Payment: All fees must be paid in full or payment arrangements scheduled at the time of registration. We accept payments via Stripe during our checkout process. No payment is required for free offerings.

Minors
​
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or are visiting the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
 
Parental Consent: If you are under the age of 18, you may use our site and services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 without parental consent. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the user's account.
 
Responsibility of Parents or Guardians: Parents and guardians are responsible for the actions of minors on the site. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor who is using our services, you agree to monitor their use and be fully responsible for their compliance with our Terms of Service.
 
Account Creation: If a minor creates an account on our site, it must be done with the supervision of a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must review and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on behalf of the minor.

Cancellation and Refunds

We appreciate your trust in our coaching services and look forward to embarking on this journey together. By scheduling coaching calls, you agree to attend sessions at the agreed-upon times. Life is unpredictable, so if you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Please note that no refunds will be provided unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. Your commitment to our coaching relationship is valued, and we're excited to support you on your path. If coaching services are interrupted due to changing circumstances, any pre-paid funds will be credited to your account for future coaching sessions.


Participation and Conduct

  • Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees and the coach and/or instructor. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from coaching services, masterclasses, or other offerings without a refund.

  • Confidentiality: Your privacy is important to us, and all information shared during our sessions will be treated confidentially, with the exception of situations where there's a concern about harm to you or others. All materials provided during the masterclass are for your personal use. You agree not to distribute, share, or reproduce these materials without prior permission.

Intellectual Property

All content provided during coaching services, masterclasses, or other offerings, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of A Cageless Life and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any material is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
​
A Cageless Life is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our masterclasses or coaching services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for coaching services, masterclasses, or other offerings.

Governing Law
​
​​These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Virginia/United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia/United States.
