1. Payment Terms
All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payment secures your spot and access to materials.

2. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and strategic nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access is granted or the engagement begins.

3. Rescheduling Policy
1:1 sessions and intensives may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited time.

4. Confidentiality
All client information, business strategies, and materials discussed or shared will be kept strictly confidential.

5. Results Disclaimer
While we provide tools and strategies proven to drive results, your outcomes depend on your implementation and effort. We do not guarantee specific results.

6. Use of Materials
Any tools, templates, or materials provided are for your business use only. Redistribution or resale is not permitted without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, systems, and materials are the property of Catalyst Coaching & Consulting and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Support Boundaries
Support is provided via email or scheduled sessions. We do our best to respond within 1–2 business days during normal business hours (M–F, 9am–5pm ET).

9. Technology Access
Some services may require access to platforms like Zoom, Notion, GoHighLevel, or other AI tools. You are responsible for creating any necessary accounts.

10. Good Faith Commitment
By purchasing, you agree to engage fully and in good faith — with a shared goal of achieving meaningful, God-honoring impact through your business.
