Welcome to our trauma coaching services! Before you begin, please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations when using our services. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by signing up for our services.

Definitions

a) "Service(s)" refers to the trauma coaching services provided by our company.

b) "Client" refers to individuals signed up for our services.

c) "Coach" refers to the trained professional providing trauma coaching services.

d) "Agreement" refers to these terms and conditions and any additional agreements or policies referenced herein.

a) The client is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information to the coach.

b) The client understands they are solely responsible for their progress and results while using our services.

c) The client agrees to promptly communicate any concerns or difficulties with the coach.

d) The client acknowledges that the success of the coaching relationship relies on their active participation and willingness to make necessary changes in their life.

 
Coach Responsibilities

a) The coach agrees to provide the client with professional and confidential trauma coaching services.

b) The coach is not a licensed therapist or medical professional and, therefore, cannot diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

c) The coach will maintain the confidentiality of all sessions and discussions with the client unless the law requires disclosing information.

d) The coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if the client's behavior is deemed harmful or detrimental to themselves or others.

 
Payment and Cancellation

a) The client agrees to pay for coaching services promptly, as outlined in their agreement with the coach.

b) In case of cancellation, the client must provide at least 24-hour notice or be charged for the entire session.

c) Refunds will only be provided for missed sessions if agreed upon by both parties.

d) The coach reserves the right to adjust rates at any time with reasonable notice to the client.

 
Intellectual Property

a) Intellectual property rights protect all materials and content our services provide and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

b) The client agrees to use the materials and content provided solely for personal use, not commercial purposes.

 
Limitation of Liability

a) Our services are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment; we make no guarantees regarding results or outcomes.

b) In no event shall our company, coaches, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from using our services.

 
Modification and Termination

a) Our company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with reasonable notice to clients.

b) Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

c) The Client must pay all outstanding fees in full upon termination.

 
Governing Law

a) This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Texas.

b) Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration.
