You may render payment by credit card or debit card. Payment in full is due when you register for courses, workshops, packages, and programs offered by T Hawthorne Life Solutions LLC. If you opt to pay monthly for programs and packages, the first payment is due when you register, with the remaining payments automatically processed on the same day each month until paid in full.

For Intensives, payment in full is due when you register. If you opt for the 2-pay option, the first payment is due when you register, with the second payment automatically processed two weeks later. Payment in full is due before the pre-intensive and intensive can be scheduled.

REFUND POLICY
Payments are non-refundable. Canceled sessions may be rescheduled within the coaching period and before the session expiration date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We request that you make our coaching sessions a priority. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Likewise, We may also need to reschedule a session on occasion. We will give you as much notice as possible and try to make rescheduling as convenient as possible.

CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy and understand the importance of confidentiality. It is essential to our coaching relationship that you can be open and share honestly. Our conversations are entirely confidential unless the release of information is otherwise authorized, requested by you, or required by law. We operate in accordance with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) Code of Ethics.

Disclosure of T Hawthorne Life Solutions LLC systems, processes,  and methods utilized when providing services is strictly prohibited. Content, including but not limited to frameworks, worksheets and workbooks, provided to you during services may not be shared, copied, or distributed without our express, written consent.

PHOTOS AND TESTIMONIALS
Testimonials and Before and After photos may be used, without financial compensation, for marketing purposes or merely as a reference for clients and T Hawthorne Life Solutions LLC. If used for marketing purposes, the photos may be used for publicity, advertising, web content, social media, or publications, including those printed, published online, or created in video form. Your confidentiality will be maintained if testimonials are used for marketing purposes. Easily identifiable client information will not be used with the photos unless authorized by the client.
