Welcome to CoachHER Life LLC. These Terms and Conditions outline the guidelines for participating in coaching services, courses, and community spaces. By booking a session, enrolling in a program, or purchasing a package, you agree to the Terms below.
1. Services
CoachHER Life LLC provides trauma informed and faith based coaching services designed to support personal growth, emotional awareness, career advancement, and leadership development.
Services may include:
• One on one coaching sessions and packages
• Group coaching programs and workshops
• Online courses and digital resources
Our mission is to create a safe, supportive environment where women can reflect, grow, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
2. Booking and Payments
Booking: All sessions must be scheduled through the Paperbell platform.
Payments: Payments are processed securely through Paperbell using Stripe. Payment plans may be available where noted.
Deposits: Some services may require a non refundable deposit that can be applied toward a coaching package.
Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed sessions. Coaching packages are non transferable.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations: Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged in full.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Requests made with less notice may not be accommodated.
Packages: All sessions within a package must be used within the stated timeframe unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are private and confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed without written consent, except where required by law, including situations involving risk of harm to self or others.
5. Disclaimer
Coaching vs Therapy: Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Clients are encouraged to seek support from licensed professionals for mental health or medical concerns.
Faith Based Coaching: Coaching may include biblical principles, prayer, and spiritual reflection depending on client preference. While the founder also serves in pastoral ministry, coaching services are offered in a professional coaching capacity and are not pastoral counseling or church services.
Results: Coaching outcomes vary. Progress depends on personal commitment, participation, and follow through. No specific results are guaranteed.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
• Arrive on time and fully present
• Engage honestly and respectfully
• Take responsibility for implementing insights and action steps discussed
7. Community Guidelines
For participation in group programs, courses, or the CoachHER Life Collective, clients agree to:
• Treat others with respect, empathy, and care
• Maintain confidentiality of shared stories and experiences
• Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior
Violation of these guidelines may result in removal without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials including workbooks, videos, guides, and digital resources are the intellectual property of CoachHER Life LLC and are for personal use only. Materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
9. Email Communication and Mailing List Consent
By booking a session, enrolling in a program, or downloading a resource, you agree to be added to the CoachHER Life mailing list.
Email communication may include:
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Coaching related updates and resources
• Encouragement, reflections, and educational content
• Information about upcoming programs, courses, or offerings
You may unsubscribe from non essential emails at any time using the link provided in each message. Transactional and service related emails will still be sent as required.
Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be handled under Utah jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
CoachHER Life LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on the website or Paperbell platform.
