2. Coaching Relationship
2.1 The coaching relationship is a partnership between the coach and the client, with the goal of empowering the client to achieve personal and professional growth.
2.2 The coach will provide support, guidance, and tools to assist the client in setting and achieving meaningful goals.
2.3 The client acknowledges that coaching is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or counseling, and the coach is not a licensed therapist or counselor.
3. Confidentiality
3.1 All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
3.2 The coach will not disclose the client's identity or any information without explicit consent.
4. Responsibilities
4.1 The client is responsible for their own decisions and actions.
4.2 The coach is not liable for any actions taken by the client as a result of coaching sessions.
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 Fees for coaching services are agreed upon in advance and are payable in accordance with the terms agreed upon between the coach and the client.
5.2 Payment for services is non-refundable.
6. Scheduling and Cancellations
6.1 Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance, and cancellations or rescheduling require at least a 24-hour notice.
6.2 Missed sessions without proper notice will be considered as a coaching service rendered.

7.2 Refunds will not be provided for terminated coaching relationships.
