Ascension Coaching and Consultation, founded by Dr. Eanah, offers life coaching, organizational coaching, forensic and investigative consulting, and related non-clinical services. While Dr. Eanah is a licensed psychologist, the services offered through this website including coaching and consulting do not constitute psychological treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or the establishment of a psychologist-client relationship. Engaging in coaching or consulting through this platform is not a substitute for mental health treatment, medical care, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or crisis, call 911 (in the U.S.) or your local emergency number, or contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services. By booking or engaging with us, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so.
3. Payment & Scheduling
Payment for Services is processed through Paperbell, our third-party scheduling and payment provider. By booking with us, you agree to abide by Paperbell’s terms and policies in addition to these Terms. Fees for Services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are stated on your booking confirmation. Missed sessions without adequate notice may be non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, videos, logos, materials, and digital products, is owned by Ascension Coaching and Consultation or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Confidentiality
While we respect your privacy and maintain appropriate safeguards for any information you share with us, communications via this website or email are not encrypted or guaranteed to be secure. Coaching and consulting sessions may involve sensitive information, which we will protect in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards, but they do not carry the same confidentiality protections as a psychologist-client relationship unless specifically contracted for therapy (which is not offered via this website).
