These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, access, and use of services, programs, digital products, resources, coaching, implementation support, and website content provided by Her Purpose Blueprint LLC, doing business as Her Kingdom Blueprint (“Her Kingdom Blueprint,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing, booking, accessing, or participating in any Her Kingdom Blueprint offer, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Her Kingdom Blueprint is a business-building resource and coaching brand designed to help women rebuild, organize, and build their businesses with God.

Our offers may provide education, strategy, structure, resources, templates, coaching, and implementation support to help Clients make informed business decisions and take practical action.

Her Kingdom Blueprint provides educational, strategic, and coaching-based support.

Our services are not a substitute for individualized professional advice.

Her Kingdom Blueprint does not provide:

You are responsible for determining when you need assistance from a licensed or qualified professional.

You remain solely responsible for your business decisions, actions, implementation, finances, and results.

Her Kingdom Blueprint may incorporate biblical principles, Scripture, prayer, faith-based discussions, Kingdom principles, purpose, stewardship, identity, and assignment into its services and resources.

Faith-based guidance is provided from the perspective and framework of the Company and is intended to support the Client’s personal faith and business-building process.

Nothing provided by Her Kingdom Blueprint constitutes a prophecy, guarantee, promise from God, or assurance of a particular business, financial, personal, or spiritual outcome.

Each Client is responsible for their own beliefs, discernment, interpretations, decisions, and actions.

Her Kingdom Blueprint does not guarantee any specific result from the use of its services, coaching, programs, products, or resources.

Results may vary based on numerous factors, including the Client’s circumstances, decisions, implementation, consistency, resources, market conditions, and other factors outside the Company’s control.

We do not guarantee:

Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or discussions of potential results are illustrative and are not guarantees.

Digital products, templates, worksheets, frameworks, Notion resources, business-building tools, and other downloadable or digital materials are licensed to the purchaser for their individual use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases do not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You may not:

All original Company content and materials remain the intellectual property of Her Purpose Blueprint LLC, including but not limited to:

Purchasing or accessing an offer does not give you ownership of the Company’s intellectual property.

Any rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by the Company.

Coaching and implementation support are designed to provide guidance, accountability, strategy, and practical support.

The Client is responsible for completing implementation work and making decisions regarding their business.

Unless specifically included in an offer, coaching does not constitute done-for-you business management, legal services, accounting, financial advising, or execution of the Client’s business operations.

The Company may provide recommendations, feedback, frameworks, or action steps, but the Client remains responsible for determining whether and how to implement them.

Payment is required before access to an offer unless a payment plan or other arrangement is expressly provided.

By purchasing an offer, you authorize the Company or its payment processor to charge the applicable payment method.

For payment plans, the Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments regardless of the Client’s level of participation, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Failure to make a required payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

Refund terms may vary by offer and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

The Company reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of access.

For offers that include scheduled sessions, Clients must provide at least seventy-two (72) hours’ notice when requesting to reschedule.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

A Client who misses a scheduled session or cancels with less than seventy-two (72) hours’ notice may forfeit the session without a refund.

If the Company needs to reschedule a session, the Client will be provided with an alternative date or reasonable resolution.

Clients are responsible for:

Access credentials may not be shared with individuals who have not purchased the applicable offer.

The Company will treat information shared through coaching and services respectfully and will take reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality.

Information may be disclosed when:

Clients understand that coaching relationships are not legally privileged relationships.

Her Kingdom Blueprint may use third-party technology, software, automation, and AI-supported tools to assist with administrative processes, organization, note-taking, workflow management, content organization, and preparation of materials.

The Company will take reasonable steps to protect Client information.

Client information will not knowingly be used to train publicly available AI models.

However, no electronic system or third-party technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Clients are expected to communicate and participate respectfully.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services, communities, coaching, programs, or resources if a Client engages in:

Termination for misconduct does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund.

Clients may not record, reproduce, publish, distribute, or share private coaching sessions, trainings, calls, or other Company experiences without prior written permission.

Company-created recordings, summaries, notes, frameworks, and materials remain Company property unless otherwise stated in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Purpose Blueprint LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, emotional, personal, financial, business, or other damages arising from the use of or participation in Company services, products, programs, or resources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific offer giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, technical failures, internet or platform outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Client information, notes, summaries, and session-related materials may be retained for up to one (1) year unless a longer period is required by law or otherwise stated.

Access to digital resources is governed by the access terms applicable to the specific offer.

The Company may update, replace, modify, or discontinue resources when reasonably necessary.

Her Kingdom Blueprint reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or discontinue services, resources, programs, or features when reasonably necessary.

The Company may also update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective when posted or otherwise communicated by the Company.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

These Terms, together with any applicable offer-specific terms, agreements, refund policies, privacy policies, or other written agreements provided by the Company, constitute the agreement between the Client and Her Purpose Blueprint LLC regarding the applicable services or products.

If an offer-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, the offer-specific agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.

By purchasing, booking, accessing, downloading, or participating in any Her Kingdom Blueprint service, program, product, or resource, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
