At Patriot Woman Coaching we consider it an honor and privilege to work with our clients. We strive to ensure that our clients have a positive experience. All clients are asked to review the Terms & Conditions (T&C) provided below, prior to getting started with our services.
Full Terms & Conditions are located within the Coaching Agreement. It is Client's responsibility to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the Terms & Conditions may be treated as a breach of contract and result in cancellation of the Coaching Agreement and forfeiture of unused fees paid, at the discretion of Patriot Woman Coaching and/or its Agents.
COACH - CLIENT COMMUNICATIONIn the event Client needs additional support or has a matter of concern they would like to discuss outside of their scheduled session, Clients are asked to send an email requesting a coach-client phone call to
[email protected]. The request should contain the best contact number to reach Client and the preferred day/time.
While not guaranteed, every effort will be made to schedule a 10-minute Client call within 48 hours of the request. To maintain Client's confidentiality and comply with privacy laws, Client is requested to
not include sensitive information within the email correspondence.

Clients must book all appointments through Patriot Woman Coaching's online booking system via the website (www.patriotwomancoaching.com), according to the specific service Client is interested in. Appointment availability is limited to dates & times shown online, only. Patriot Woman Coaching will be closed during all Federal holidays.
SESSION FACILITATION
Coaching sessions will be facilitated via a hybrid model which offers both in-person and video conference options, based upon Client's preference, in addition to auxiliary resources accessed through a coaching-based learning management system.
SESSION DURATION & CHECK-IN
All coaching sessions will last for a period of 60 minutes. Clients attending an in-person session are requested to check-in for their appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Clients attending a virtual session are requested to login (using the link provided) to their appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
FEES AND EXPENSES
With the exception of the no-obligation discovery call, all coaching sessions must be prepaid at the time of booking. Frequency of billing will be determined based upon the specific service Client selects (i.e. individual one-time sessions versus a monthly coaching subscription). Insurance is not accepted as a form of payment for coaching fees.
The fees paid by Client cover scheduled coaching sessions, and include a private podcast-structured subscription to session replays (for virtual clients), and limited email correspondence when necessary. Phone calls and other supplemental services and/or materials will incur an additional fee.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
Client or Coach may, from time to time, need to cancel/ reschedule a coaching session. If Coach is responsible for the reschedule, Coach will become available to Client at the soonest possible opportunity within seven (7) business days. If Client is responsible for the cancellation or reschedule, Client agrees to notify Coach no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
For example, if a Client's next session is scheduled for a Wednesday at 6pm, the Client must cancel and/or request to reschedule no later than Tuesday (the day before) by 6pm. The fees paid for the current session shall then be applied to a future session.
If Client cancels or reschedules within the 24-hour period (i.e. after 6pm based upon the example above), Client will forfeit the session fee in full as a result of not having honored the 24-hour cancellation policy. The same shall apply if the Client is a "no-show" for their current session. Life & death emergencies shall be excepted, and will be evaluated by Patriot Woman Coaching on a case-by-case basis.
The cancellation policy shall apply whether the session was previously scheduled to be in-person or virtual.
REFUND POLICY
As a standard, Patriot Woman Coaching has a "no refund" policy. If a Client accrues unused session fees as a result of a cancelled/rescheduled coaching session, said fees will be applied to a future session provided the Client adhered to the 24-hour cancellation policy. In addition, accrued session fees (if applicable) must be used within 30 days of the last booked session to avoid forfeiture.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The booking of a session and/or use of the services of Patriot Woman Coaching shall constitute acceptance of the Terms and Conditions presented herein.
