By booking a session, I understand that Nicole Lamberson is not currently licensed as a medical, counseling, or other professional. She serves solely as a coach and academic consultant.
- Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled by coaching client up to 24 hours before the appointment for full refund (exceptions are made for sickness and emergencies on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the coach). All rescheduling must be done via Paperbell.
- No-shows or late cancellations will not receive a refund.
- All communication regarding billing or appointments must be made via email: nlambersoncoaching@gmail.com (Please note that email is not suitable for withdrawal questions or support; those should be addressed during your booked session)
- All coaching clients are required to read and sign a contract at the time of booking a session.
