The term of this Agreement will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in full force and effect until terminated by either party.

The Parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all monetary amounts referred to in this Agreement are in USD (US Dollars).

For the services rendered by the Coach as required by this Agreement, the Client will provide compensation ("Compensation") as agreed upon at the time of purchase for specific packages.

The Client is responsible for full payment of compensation, which is non-refundable. If, for any reason, the Client chooses to cancel the coaching agreement prior to the end date of the Term of Agreement, they are obligated to pay or continue paying any outstanding balance(s) for the remaining Term. All scheduled coaching calls or other benefits expire at the end of the Term of Agreement and will not be carried over unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

I understand Compensation as stated in this Agreement does not include sales tax.

The Coach understands that the Compensation as provided in this Agreement will constitute the full and exclusive monetary consideration and compensation for all services performed by the Coach under this Agreement.

The coaching relationship is designed to push you through roadblocks and limiting beliefs. It’s possible that the direct confrontation of your fears can make you uncomfortable or unsure about continuing. 

This is a normal part of the process and a healthy step toward forward progress. Your coach will hold you accountable to your goals through this discomfort in service of your future. 

Sonya does not offer refunds for any services already provided. You are free to cancel the relationship at any time with a two-week notice. By giving notice, your coach is able to ensure that your relationship is resolved powerfully and that you are provided with all resources needed for your next step.

Confidential information (the "Confidential Information") refers to any data or information relating to the Client, which would reasonably be considered to be private or proprietary to the Client and that is not generally known and where the release of that Confidential Information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to the Client.

The Coach agrees that they will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which the Coach has obtained, except as authorized by the Client. This obligation will survive indefinitely upon termination of this Agreement.

All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement is Confidential Information regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of this Agreement or how it was provided to the Coach.

Your coach will only have to suspend this confidentiality agreement in the following cases:

You are not required to bring anything to your coaching sessions except an open heart and a curious mind.  However, I highly recommend you bring the following items to support your transformation:

I also advise that you create a sacred space where you can be comfortable and focused. To facilitate this, Sonya may offer to start all sessions with a short breathwork exercise and/or Oracle Card pull. This is optional but recommended.

Coaching is not therapy. Coaches are not healthcare professionals and do not provide any medical services. Sonya reserves the right to terminate or adjust the coaching relationship if she feels the client would be better served by a mental health professional.
 

Coaching is not designed to treat your physical or mental well-being or cure any ailments or diseases.  It is simply a guided conversation with recommended actions. If you have health or well-being concerns, I recommend consulting a health professional before entering a coaching relationship. 

Please note that as the expert on your own life, you are responsible for making all decisions related to your own health and well-being. If you have any questions regarding your ability to participate in coaching, please reach out to a health professional before entering a coaching relationship. 

All notices, requests, demands or other communications required or permitted by the terms of this Agreement will be given in writing and delivered to the Parties of this Agreement at the contact information contained herein, or to such other address as any Party may from time to time notify the other.

Each Party to this Agreement will indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, as permitted by law, from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever to the extent that any of the foregoing is directly or proximately caused by the negligent or willful acts or omissions of the indemnifying Party or its agents or representatives and which result from or arise out of the indemnifying Party's participation in this Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of this Agreement.

It is understood and agreed that the Coach will not be liable to the Client, or any agent or associate of the Client, for any mistake or error in judgment or for any act or omission done in good faith and believed to be within the scope of authority conferred or implied by this Agreement.

In the event a dispute arises out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through reasonable and respectful consultation.

If the dispute is not resolved within a reasonable amount of time, then any or all outstanding issues may be submitted to a Mediator in accordance with the statutory rules of mediation. If mediation is unavailable or is not successful in resolving the entire dispute, any outstanding issues will be submitted to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Florida.

It is the intention of the Parties to this Agreement that this Agreement and the performance under this Agreement, and all suits and special proceedings under this Agreement, be construed in accordance with and governed, to the exclusion of the law of any other forum, by the laws of Florida, without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special proceeding may be instituted.

Any amendment or modification of this Agreement or additional obligation assumed by either Party in connection with this Agreement will only be binding if evidenced in writing signed by each Party or an authorized representative of each Party.

The Coach will not voluntarily or by operation of law assign or otherwise transfer its obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Client.

It is agreed that there is no representation, warranty, collateral agreement, or condition affecting this Agreement except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

If any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, all other provisions will nevertheless continue to be valid and enforceable with the invalid or unenforceable parts severed from the remainder of this Agreement.

The waiver by either Party of a breach, default, delay, or omission of any of the provisions of this Agreement by the other Party will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or other provisions.

We can’t promise specific results from enrolling in this agreement. Your results are solely based on the work you put in. However, we will provide training and guidance on best practices of what has worked for other Clients, with support and guidance throughout the process.

By continuing I agree to the terms and conditions above and acknowledge that any/all payments made are reserving a non-refundable spot in said program/experience and I am responsible for payment in full, regardless of participation.
