Cancellation/Tardiness Policy

- If you are unable to attend your appointment, you understand that you may reschedule and your booking fee may be applied to that later date. All sales are final.

- There is a ten minute grace period for appointments, after which time if you have not joined the Zoom call, the meeting will be cancelled due to No Show.

- Refunds are not available as all sales are final.

Rescheduling
- Appointments may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. If you need to modify the appointment date and/or time for any reason, please email [email protected]. 

- No refunds are issued for re-scheduling.
