1. Services
  • The coaching services provided by Jill Hinton Wolfe ("Coach") are designed to support and guide clients ("Client") through their personal and professional transitions. Services may include, but are not limited to, one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, online training programs, and personalized coaching packages.

2. Fees and Payment
  • Fees for coaching services will be outlined in the specific package agreement. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the coaching program unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
  • Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified by the Coach.
  • For payment plans, the Client agrees to pay the specified amount on the agreed-upon dates. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Confidentiality
  • The Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during coaching sessions. No personal information will be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.
  • The Client also agrees to respect the confidentiality of the Coach's proprietary methods and materials.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
  • The Client may cancel or reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate.
  • If the Coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, reasonable notice will be provided, and the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the Client.

5. Refund Policy
  • Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds will not be provided for sessions already completed. For prepaid packages, refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Coach's discretion.
  • If the Client decides to discontinue the coaching program, they must provide written notice, and any unused portion of the fee may be refunded or credited towards future services.

6. Commitment and Responsibility
  • The Client acknowledges that coaching is a collaborative process and that their commitment and active participation are crucial to achieving the desired outcomes. The Coach does not guarantee specific results but is committed to providing high-quality support and guidance.
  • The Client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

7. Intellectual Property
  • All materials provided during the coaching program, including but not limited to worksheets, exercises, and program content, are the intellectual property of the Coach and are intended for the Client's personal use only. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without the Coach’s written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
  • The Coach will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the coaching services. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Coach harmless against any claims or demands arising from their participation in the coaching program.

9. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the Coach operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

10. Agreement
  • By engaging in coaching services with the Coach, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Coach and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
