  • You may reschedule 1 appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time with no penalty.
  • You may reschedule 2 additional appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time with no penalty. 
  • Any "no shows" or rescheduling more than 3 times will result in forfeiting the appointment.
