Terms and Conditions for Coaching and Consulting Services

2. Services Provided

3. Booking and Payment

  • You agree that all shared materials, including but not limited to personal details, business information, and strategies, are provided for the sole purpose of consultation.
  • Any recording of the session, whether written, audio, or video, will be for internal purposes only, unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. No Guarantees
While we provide expert guidance and strategies, we do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to business outcomes, career transitions, loan forgiveness, or financial outcomes. Your success depends on your actions and the implementation of the advice provided.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during your consultation, including guides, workbooks, charts, and other proprietary content, are the intellectual property of Dr. Rachael Yvonne Davis and or United Global Enterprises, LLC and may not be reproduced, shared, or redistributed without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages that result from the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service(s) in question.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless United Global Enterprises, LLC, Dr. Rachael Yvonne Davis, her affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including legal fees.
